Cadwell Park will host the biggest round of the British Superbike Championship this coming August 29, 30 and 31, 2009. Cadwell Park is probably most famous for “the Mountain”, where bikes frequently get airborne. The challenging nature of Cadwell Park has caught out some of the best riders over the years.
Championship title contenders traditionally have never had the best of luck at Cadwell Park with Kiyonari, Reynolds and Rutter all having their standings suffer after crashes at the demanding Lincolnshire track. Only RutterWalker and Hill have stood on the top step there before, so it could be a maiden win celebrated on Bank Holiday Monday. It is going to be a dramatic struggle for dominance before the chequered flag!
